1- Clutter-free space

6- Stick to a Schedule
Stick to a work schedule. Do not overwork and tire yourself out. Always work for 45 mins straight and take 10 mins to break. Also, plan your lunch or dinner breaks in advance at a regular time.
If you have kids doing this could be reassuring to them as they will be able to anticipate when you work and when you take breaks.
Before you go to sleep every day, take 10 minutes to plan your day. This will help you develop a daily routine that can accommodate enough time for everything.

9- Set Boundaries
Work can get quite stressful if you haven’t established your boundaries with your colleagues. Do not extend your work timings for any reason.
Also, make sure you do not entertain any work-related calls or discussions during weekends or on your leave days.
Last but not least, Sleep is very important. If you don’t get enough sleep daily then it will affect your work timings. So, always make sure that you sleep for at least 6 hours and it is best if you can sleep for 8 hours.
